Jane's memorial service will be a colourful celebration of her life on Thursday 7th July 2016, at 3:00pm in St. Peter's Church, Henfield.

The family request that all those attending the service to please arrive at the Church for 2:30pm, to be seated and made comfortable, for Jane's service to begin at 3:00pm.

Bright colours are being requested to be worn, as Jane was a bright, vibrant lady.  Dark colours just wouldn't seem appropriate!

All donations collected will be sent to the "Pulmonary Hypertension Trust Fund".  A charity within The Royal Brompton Hospital, that looked after and cared for Jane.
